Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Prices, scope, and fulfilment details should be confirmed before purchase where relevant.
Refunds and changes
Refunds, rescheduling, and engagement changes will be handled reasonably and in good faith, taking into account the nature of the service and any work already performed. More detailed service-specific terms may be added over time.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate context, relevant information, and timely cooperation needed for effective service delivery.
Communication channels
Launch-stage coaching delivery is primarily handled through Discord. Email is used mainly for admin, confirmation, and fallback communication.
